Contract terms

  • Payment 50% on signature and 50% at the second scheduled visit.
  • Twelve months from signature, renewing automatically on 30 days' written notice by either party.
  • Excluded and quoted separately: refrigerant beyond any included top-up, compressors, control boards, duct cleaning and damage caused by third-party works.
  • Scheduled visits not taken within the contract year lapse and are not carried forward.
