Our Founder

N.K. George — Founder & Chairman

Mr. Neduvaccattu Koshy George arrived in Dubai in 1980 from Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India. He identified a gap in the market for quality HVAC service providers and began his career as an apprentice at Juma Al Majid Co., building experience, skills, and a network across several projects.

After 3 years in the industry, he founded Freshair Technical Systems in 1983 as a small shop in Deira selling HVAC equipment and doing installations. From these humble beginnings, through sheer dedication and hard work, he built Freshair Holdings — a group company spanning Construction, Electromechanical, Maritime, and Hospitality industries across 4 decades.

Founded

Started as a small 100 sq.ft shop in Deira, Dubai — selling HVAC spares and doing residential maintenance and installations.

1990

LLC Status

Became a recognized Limited Liability Company with an official Trade License from the UAE Government.

1998

Duct Factory

Ducting Fabrication Workshop, Warehouse and Office started at Deira, Dubai.

2007

Al Quoz HQ

Shifted to company-owned 20,000 sq.ft property in Al Quoz, Dubai. Entered the Qatar market.

MEP Division

Full MEP Division launched — expanding beyond HVAC into Electrical, Plumbing, and complete building services.
