Our 5-stage duct cleaning process
1. Borescope inspection
We insert a high-resolution camera through every supply and return duct to document contamination levels and identify damaged sections before work begins.
2. Motorized rotary brushing
Variable-speed compressed-air brushes dislodge compacted dust, pet hair and biofilm from duct walls without damaging internal liners.
3. HEPA vacuum extraction
A truck-mounted negative-pressure HEPA unit captures every dislodged particle at source — no debris escapes back into your living space.
4. Coil chemical wash
We chemically wash the evaporator coil, condensate pan and drain line so the freshly cleaned ducts aren't recontaminated within weeks.
5. Antimicrobial fogging
EPA-registered, food-safe fogging eliminates mould spores and bacteria, then a hygiene certificate is issued for your records.

AED 69 per air outlet (minimum AED 565) (excluding 5% VAT) for residential villas and apartments. Commercial AHU and FCU systems are quoted per drawing — share your floor plan on WhatsApp for a same-day estimate. Multi-unit discounts apply from the 4th unit onwards, and every AMC subscriber receives one complimentary duct clean per year.
