Premium includes annual duct cleaning — important for F&B, clinics and any site with public footfall and grease or dust loading.
Single invoice, VAT compliant
One annual contract covering every unit on site, with a tax invoice and a year-end report of all visits and recommendations.

What does a commercial AMC cost in Dubai?
The same per-unit rates apply as residential: Essential AED 1,200, Comfort AED 2,025 and Premium AED 2,475 per unit per year, excluding 5% VAT. Sites with 10 or more units receive a tailored quotation.
Can you work outside business hours?
Yes. Commercial services are routinely scheduled early morning, late evening or on weekends at no surcharge within the contract.
Do you cover ducted and packaged units?
Yes — split, ducted, cassette and packaged units are all covered. Chillers and large plant are surveyed first and quoted separately.
How do multi-site portfolios work?
Multi-site clients get a single contract with per-location schedules and one consolidated invoice. Request a quotation and our team builds the scope.
