What the contract covers
Two general services a year
Filters, drain flush, gas-pressure check and full electrical inspection, spaced 4–6 months apart around your family's schedule.
Deep coil cleaning
Comfort and Premium tiers include an annual chemical wet-wash of indoor and outdoor coils to restore cooling lost to Dubai dust.
Priority callouts
Emergency visits are included in every tier — subscribers skip the queue when a unit stops cooling on a peak-summer day.
Documented history
Every visit is logged per unit with photos of major work — useful for landlords, tenancy handovers and warranty claims.

Frequently asked questions
How much is residential AC maintenance in Dubai?
Essential is AED 1,200 per unit per year, Comfort AED 2,025 and Premium AED 2,475 — all excluding 5% VAT. The booking form calculates your exact total from your unit count.
How many AC units does my home have?
A studio or 1BR usually has 1–2 units, a 2–3BR apartment 3–4, and a 4–5BR villa 7–9. If you're unsure, our technician confirms during the first visit and the contract is adjusted.
Can I pay online?
Yes. Homes with fewer than 10 units can pay securely by card at the end of the booking form. Larger portfolios receive a tailored quotation instead.
Are spare parts included?
Labour and consumables are included. Parts and major repairs are quoted separately and transparently before any work starts.
