Yes — chillers, AHUs, FAHUs, packaged units and ducted systems are covered under industrial contracts, with specialist technicians assigned per asset type.
What response time do you commit to?
Response SLAs are agreed in the contract, typically 2–4 hours for critical plant and next working day for non-critical assets.
Can you maintain multiple facilities?
Yes. Multi-site portfolios run under one contract with per-site schedules, a shared asset register and consolidated reporting.
